I am French-Lebanese, born in 1988.
In my early/ mid 20's, I used to have a super unhealthy lifestyle whether that was my poor diet, 0 training, partying all the time, toxic relationships and my bad sleeping patterns.
In my late 20's, I reached a threshold.
So I shifted my life 180 degrees.
I was an absolute beginner when I started my fitness journey; at around 27 years old.
Although progress wasn't linear, I progressively started seeing results, so it motivated me to keep going and strive to be the best version of myself everyday, until today. It's a never ending beautiful process with ups and downs… just like life in general.
Here I am today at 35, crushing it!
I currently live in Dubai since 2014 with my babies Kai and kale (dog and cat).
Through fitness and nutrition, I gained self discipline, confidence, physical and mental strength and flexibility.
I challenged myself, learnt new skills and sculpted my body the way I wanted.
Today I feel healthy, strong and beautiful and I love being able to empower other women to experience the same feelings.

Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or 3-monthly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
